Relationships ー His Highness.
Tenn had a good term with the previous King, someone he looked up to and treated with high respect the same as his own father. Upon being assigned as a member of REGALITY, he acted as his personal bodyguard and learned a lot of thingsーa memorable one being the complete piano piece of Clair de Lune.
However after his passing also inheriting the throne, Tenn refuses to play the tune as it tends to bring painful impression, showing how much he misses the wise ruler.
He took the pink diamond from His Highness' crown to be made as a brooch he usually carries around like a treasure, for him to cherish.
Relationships ー Yaotome Gaku / AU edition.
The King of Southwestern region. Tenn does argue much with him yet behind that he is keeping a huge amount of guilt at the fact that Gaku lost his eyesight to save him back in the past. And even though Gaku couldn't see, Tenn still finds it difficult to make an eye contact; drowned in regret no matter how much Gaku reassures that he is alright.
The two, surprisingly, turns out to have a somewhat special relationshipーlike the Red Thread of Fate tying two humans, something wonderful called love approaching without both noticing. They vowed to stay together always, with Tenn offering himself to be Gaku's eyes until the end.
Relationships ー Tsunashi Ryuunosuke / AU edition.
Tenn sees Ryuu as an older big brother, the peacemaker between him and Gaku whenever they get involved in an argument. The extremely kind and caring King everyone loves, Ryuu is also good at cooking that Tenn would pay a visit the Southeastern region to taste his homemade dishes.
The lovely lady he met during his visit to Tokyo. It all started from Tenn asking her to be his sudden guide tour, which she happily accepted and so they talked about many things also exchanging stories. Their relationship evolves better the moment she started to consider him as an older brother.
Towards Mizuki, he is a caring yet overprotective brother. Someone people may call 'sister complex' which will spoil his sister with affection and gifts. They also tend to spend some time together, something he cherishes more than anything.
She is currently residing in VALIANT during her school break.
Relationships ー Nanase Riku / AU edition.
Tenn did not aware of Riku's presence until the lad himself showed up in VALIANT, calling him 'dear brother' which had Tenn annoyed.
It was later revealed that Riku being the current King of an unknown nation and knows much about VALIANT including Gaku's blind state, claiming to be his long-lost younger twin brother bringing their birth records along; also a bold offer to unite their empires together; only to be refused by Tenn.
Riku's true intentions remain unknown; though he did say wanting to take over VALIANT, and to kill Gaku one day.
Tenn and Gaku's adoptive daughter. Upon them visiting the orphanage to look for a child, both him and Gaku finds it hard to choose one, until Hana's presence caught his attention in instant; sitting alone with a book on her lap. He asked about her not joining the other orphanages to play together but Hana answered that others call her 'weird' due to her love toward booksーsomething that moved the King's heart.
She also told him the dream of being adopted and live happily with a new family, which ended with Tenn inviting her along as a new family member which had her shocked.
He treats Hana almost the same he does to Mizuki; constantly spoiling her with gifts such as buying her dresses, jewelries, and so on upon her arrival to the palace also affection of him attempting to make time for her when needed. Not forgetting his protective side.
She addresses him 'Papa', and Gaku with 'Father'; though upon talking about her adoptive parents with others, she will refer to them with 'His Majesty'.
